Have Questions About a Bill You Received?

There are two ways to inquire about a bill that you received. You can either call the office and ask to speak with the office manager or you can inquire online. If you would like to inquire about your bill online please follow the instructions below:

- If you have not already done so, click HERE register for an account with Medem®. If you already have a Medem® account, skip to step 3.
- Once you have registered, Dr. Alvis approves each individual account that is requested (to ensure only his patients receive access). You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you when your account is approved (usually within 24 hours).
- Log on to our Medem® web site by clicking HERE (this will open a new window).
- Click "Message Inbox" on the top toolbar then "General Message" on the left toolbar.
- Fill out all of the fields. Please give as much detail as you can regarding your question. This will help us to respond more quickly with an answer rather than a question.
