To ensure secure communications between doctor and patient, we use a service called Medem®. If you are an established patient of our practice you can contact our office via e-mail by following these steps: If you have not already done so, click HERE register for an account with Medem®. If you already have a Medem® account, skip to step 3. Once you have registered, Dr. Alvis approves each individual account that is requested (to ensure only his patients receive access). You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you when your account is approved (usually within 24 hours). Log on to our Medem® web site by clicking HERE (this will open a new window). Click "Message Inbox" on the top toolbar then "General Message" on the left toolbar. Fill out all of the fields. This will help us to respond more quickly with an answer rather than a question.
