How to Pay an Invoice Online

If you have received an invoice and would like to pay your bill online you have come to the right place! Please follow the instructions below to pay your bill online:

1. If you have not already done so, click HERE register for an account with Medem®. If you already have a Medem® account, skip to step 3.
2. Once you have registered, Dr. Alvis approves each individual account that is requested (to ensure only his patients receive access). You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you when your account is approved (usually within 24 hours).
3. Log on to our Medem® web site by clicking HERE (this will open a new window).
4. Click "Message Inbox" on the top toolbar and then the "Secure Pay" link on the left toolbar.
5. Fill out all of the fields including the amount you are paying (which should be indicated on your invoice). The system only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your payment.
6. If you have paid the full amount on your invoice then you are finished! Thank you! If you were not able to pay the full amount, please call the office to make payment arrangements.
